• Non-Custom Items: Cancellations for non-custom items may be requested prior to the shipment of the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Custom handcrafted items require artisan production time. While we aim to process all orders promptly, lead times may vary based on seasonal demand.
