Orders & Customization
What materials do you use for your handcrafted decor?
At Lasernique, we specialize in wood-based décor made with premium-quality materials for durability and visual appeal. Each piece is laser-cut, hand-painted, and sealed when appropriate for outdoor use. Depending on the design, accents such as burlap, ribbon, bows, or glitter may be added for extra charm and seasonal style.
How are your products made?
All Lasernique pieces are made in-house using a blend of laser technology and hand-finishing techniques. We do not use vinyl decals. Each item is designed, painted, assembled, and sealed by hand to create a one-of-a-kind piece with true handcrafted character.
Can I request a custom order or personalization?
Yes. Many of our signs can be personalized with names, wording, or custom details. Some designs may also allow color adjustments or other modifications. If you have a specific request, please reach out through our Contact Page before placing your order.
How do I place a custom order?
You can browse our current designs on Lasernique.com and choose a customizable option, or contact us with your idea. We are happy to help guide you toward the best fit and discuss whether your request can be created as a custom piece.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. We welcome bulk and wholesale inquiries for realtor closing gifts, retail partnerships, events, and other special projects. Please contact us directly with your quantity, timeline, and design needs so we can discuss options and pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your production timeline?
Our standard production window is typically 3 to 10 business days. During busy seasons, especially around holidays, orders may take the full processing window. If you need your order quickly, please contact us before ordering to ask about timing.
What are your shipping and delivery policies?
We ship using USPS and occasionally UPS and FEDEX depending on package size and destination. Tracking details are sent when your order ships. Shipping times vary based on location, carrier performance, and time of year.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
Are your products safe for outdoor use?
Many of our signs are sealed for outdoor durability, but we recommend displaying them on a covered porch or sheltered entryway for the best longevity. Direct sun, heavy rain, snow, and harsh weather may affect appearance over time.
Can I send your products as a gift?
Absolutely. Many customers purchase Lasernique pieces as housewarming gifts, closing gifts, wedding gifts, and seasonal gifts. If you would like to include a note, please leave details with your order when possible.
Returns & Policies
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items in unused, original condition. Because many of our items are handcrafted and made to order, custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we may offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available for eligible returns and for items that arrive damaged or defective. Custom and personalized items are generally non-refundable unless there is an issue with the order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is free for damaged or defective items. For other eligible returns, we will work with you to provide a simple and fair return solution.
Will I receive a discount if an item goes on sale after I order?
We do not retroactively apply discounts to prior orders. The price paid at checkout is the final price for that purchase.
