Welcome to Lasernique’s FAQ page! We’ve compiled answers to the most common questions we receive about our handcrafted decor and custom-made signs. Each piece we create is thoughtfully designed and made with care—our goal is to make your space feel more meaningful, one piece at a time.
What materials do you use for your handcrafted decor?
At Lasernique, we specialize in wood-based decor using premium-quality materials for durability and visual appeal. Each piece is laser-cut, hand-painted, and sealed(for outdoor pieces) to help protect it from the elements. Additional accents like burlap, ribbon, bows, and glitter are used to add personality and seasonal charm. We recommend displaying our signs in covered outdoor spaces for best longevity.
How are your products made?
All Lasernique pieces are made in-house with a blend of laser technology and hand-finishing techniques. We do not use vinyl decals. Every item is designed, stained, painted, assembled, and sealed by hand, creating a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects true craftsmanship.
Can I request a custom order or personalization?
Many of our signs allow customization, which will be indicated on the product page, or you may contact us. If you're looking for a specific color scheme, name, or saying, feel free to message us before placing your order. Some of our designs are not customizable as they would be cost prohibitive, but feel free to reach out to us!
What is your production timeline?
Our standard production window is 3–10 business days. During holiday seasons, orders may take the full time. If you need your order quickly, we offer a Rush Order Upgrade, available as a separate product listing that guarantees processing within 2 business days.
What are your shipping and delivery policies?
We ship via USPS and occasionally UPS depending on size and destination. Tracking details are sent when your order ships. All packages are carefully packed to minimize damage. Shipping times vary by location and season.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of the item and the original packaging. All items are insured up to $100 through USPS; additional insurance can be purchased upon request. You may be asked to take the damaged item and packaging to your local post office as part of the claim process.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or modifications?
Due to the handmade and often customized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review product details carefully before ordering and reach out with any questions beforehand—we’re happy to help ensure you’re confident in your purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are considered only for non-custom items on a case-by-case basis. Custom items are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping. Once custom work has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. All refunds must be pre-approved and may require the return or disposal of the item as part of an insurance claim.
Will I receive a discount if the item goes on sale after my order?
We do not retroactively apply discounts to prior orders. The price paid at checkout is the final price. This helps us maintain fairness and transparency across all customer transactions.
Are your products safe for outdoor use?
Yes, our signs are sealed for outdoor durability, but we recommend hanging them on a covered porch or sheltered entryway. Direct sun, rain, or snow exposure may affect appearance over time.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! We welcome bulk and wholesale inquiries for real estate gifting, retail partnerships, or special events. Please reach out to us directly with your needs and timeline—we’re happy to discuss custom or bulk pricing.
Can I send your products as a gift?
Absolutely. Our signs make perfect gifts for housewarmings, weddings, real estate closings, and more. If you’d like a gift message included, just leave a note at checkout.
