What materials do you use?
We use a range of high-quality materials to create our unique and durable pieces. Our designs primarily feature wood as the foundation, precisely cut and crafted using advanced laser technology. To enhance the look and feel, we incorporate paper accents, a variety of paints (including spray paint), and protective sealants to ensure longevity. For decorative details, we include elements like ribbons, bows, and other textures, giving each piece its own charm and character. Every material is thoughtfully chosen to complement our laser crafting process, resulting in beautiful, long-lasting creations.
Are your door hangers suitable for outdoor use?
Please note that paint and stain colors may vary slightly as each sign is handmade and hand-painted. While our signs are sealed and finished to endure outdoor conditions, we highly recommend displaying them in a covered porch area to ensure they maintain their beauty and durability over time.
Are the colors and designs exactly as shown in the pictures?
While we do our best to represent our products accurately in photos, slight variations can occur. Each item is handcrafted and hand-painted, making it truly one-of-a-kind. Factors such as natural wood grain, paint application, and lighting may create subtle differences, adding to the uniqueness of your piece. Additionally, screen settings can slightly alter how colors appear. Rest assured, every item is made with care to closely match the design shown while maintaining its handmade charm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay (including installments), Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only offer shipping to the United States. We are exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping to other countries in the near future. Please contact us if you have a specific question about shipping one of our products, we do make exceptions.
Do you offer rush production for custom items?
For custom orders, our standard production time is 5-10 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. However, we do offer rush production and expedited shipping for an additional fee. If you need your order processed or delivered faster, please reach out to us before placing your order to confirm availability, options, and pricing.

If an item goes on sale after I’ve made my purchase, can I get a refund for the price difference?
The price at the time of purchase is the final cost of your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for price differences if an item goes on sale after your order is placed. For example, if an item is discounted by 10% a few days after you’ve made your purchase, the original price still applies. This policy allows us to ensure fair pricing for all customers and manage promotions effectively. Thank you for your understanding!
