At Lasernique, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, the following refund policies apply:

Returns & Refunds

At Lasernique, each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we handle returns differently than large retail stores. We stand behind the quality of every Lasernique product and will always work with you to make things right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items in unused, original condition.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace or refund damaged items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for damaged or defective items. For other eligible returns, we will work with you to provide a simple and fair return solution.
